Panama, Aug 20 (Prensa Latina) Numerous Panamanian authorities will converse during activities of the Nautipesca Company, considered a screen for Colombian Pablo Rayo Montaño's money laundering, Panama-America daily published on its front page. The newspaper reported that it obtained exclusive statements by former soccer player Freddy Rincon, in the investigation about him in Brazil, where he is detained, pending an extradition request by Panama. Rincon rejected, before the Third Court of Justice of Sao Paulo, the charges pressed against him in Panama for money laundering. Rincon gained notoriety the past week, when Colombian media quoted his statements before the Brazilian justice, saying that then president Mireya Moscoso personally recommended to invest in Nautipesca, the daily recalled. Panam-America said Rincon's wife Priscilla Reyes told Colombian RCN radio station she was able to observe that Rayo Montaño led a businessman s life in Panama, kept contact with authorities, and also had a Panamanian identity card.
