Also, there will be surface level returns (no bridges) to reverse direction. Doing a U-turn on Ave. Balboa is a fact of life right now. The bridges included in the plan look like pedestrian bridges to be able to cross all that traffic to get to the water side of Ave. Balboa. Personally, I really don't care what it is, as long as they are building something for roads in the city. Anyway, here's the video, for what it's worth...
