the Palestinian groups Hamas and To the Fatah, Near East today arrived
at Lisbon the members of the Quartet to carry out a round of
negotiations. The Quartet this formed by United Nations, the European
Union, the United States and Russia. In the encounter they
participated the new special envoy of the Quartet and ex- britanico
prime minister, Tony Blair, the Secretary General of the UN, Ban
Ki-moon, the North American Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, his
I accredit Russian, Serguei Lavrov, and the head of the diplomacy of
the UE, espanol Javier Solana. Outstanding point of the negotiations
sera the new initiative of the American president, George W. Bush,
that makes few days ofrecio celebrate in otono (boreal) an
international conference to reactivate the process of peace in the
region and to advance towards a "solution of two States". The
international community also tries to reinforce the Palestinian
president, Mahmud Abbas, that does something but of a month perdio the
control of the Gaza Strip, taken by the radical movement islamista
Hamas.
